SPENCE R. LYNCH
PRINCIPAL | PLANNING AND DESIGN LEAD
Spence Lynch graduated from Texas Tech University in 2014 and brings a strong focus on planning logic, design development, and implementation feasibility to the firm’s work. He is closely involved in the development and evaluation of planning concepts and alternatives, with particular attention to how design ideas translate into clear physical organization, circulation, and phasing.
